Flags of Andorra

It is located in the south Western Europe, between France and Spain. It does not have coastline, it is land locked. The flag of Andorra has three vertical stripes in three different colors of blue, yellow and red. It has a national coat of arms centered in the yellow stripe. The colors on the map represent the independence of Andorra from France and Spain. The blue and red colors on the flag represent independence form France. The red and yellow represent independence from Spain. A phrase “strength united is stronger” is used on the flag. The flag of Andorra was adopted in 1866.The coat of arms featured is similar to the flags of Chile and Romania.

Another feature of flag of Andorra is that the middle stripe of yellow is slightly wider than the red and the blue stripe, though the country’s origin is not yet know the country did have to fight for its independence from France and Spain. People of Andorra are supposed to live longest lives on Earth, average age of a person in this country is 83 years, this country has been thriving and prospering on tourism, people have to pay least taxes in this country.
