The flag of the state consists of three horizontal strips – red, white and dark blue. In the centre of the flag there is a state seal. Two bears grizzly hold the seal from the both sizes in their paws. Around them there is a dark blue circle with white stars in it, which correspond to the states of the Union. The seal carry the inscription: "United We Stand, Divided we Fall", which is the motto of the state. In the seal there is a new moon, which presents the new state, the grizzly bear – a symbol of courage and boldness and a symbol of United States of America. Above the seal there are other 24 stars, which are also the symbol of the states. |
