Flags of New Mexico

Flag of New Mexico is a beautiful flag, which has the least design, however, it stands out of all the flags of the other states. The New Mexico flag is in bright yellow base, there is a red circle from where four red lines originate, these lines depict four important things in each aspect of life. The four lines are said to denote four directions, four seasons, four different timings of the day, and four stages of our lives. The flag of New Mexico very much celebrates life and seasons. Though the symbol on the flag actually depicts one of the most important signs of Native Americans, namely the Sun, which is called as Zia in the Naative American language, the colors represent the Spanish colors.
