Rwanda
Rwanda is located in central Africa. It is land locked, it has no coastline. It’s neighboring countries are Uganda, Burundi, democratic republic of Congo and Tanzania. Rwanda has densest population as it has the most fertile land, many people are living in Rwanda with agriculture as their occupation.
The twa, the original pygmy inhabitants have been living in Rwanda for around 35000 years. The Rwanda flag was officially endorsed on October 25, 2001. It was a masterpiece from a local artist. The flag of this country can be pictorially described as, it is divide into three horizontal stripes. The colors used in the flag are yellow, blue and green.
The top stripe is double the width of green and yellow. The colors of the flag can be interpreted as, green represents hope of prosperity. Yellow represents its economic development, blue color represents happiness and peace. The sun symbol is used in the top stripe on the flying side of flag. There are 24 rays pointing out form sun. |
