Tanzania is located in east Africa. It is officially called the united republic of Tanzania. It’s neighboring countries are east Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, democratic republic of Congo, Zambia, Halawai and Mozambique. It’s coast line is formed by Indian ocean. The country is named after Tanganyika and Zanzibar. The country is formed in the year 1964. its capital is changed from Dar es Salaam to Dodomia in 1996. Tanzania is home of the oldest human settlements, proved by fossils exhorted from Olduvai Gorge in north Tanzania, called as “cradle of earth”. |
