Florida
The state of Florida has a total area of 58,560 sq miles. As seen from the map of Florida, this southwestern state has the Gulf of Mexico on its west and the Atlantic Ocean on its east. Discovered in 1531 by Juan Ponce de Leon, the state of Florida became a part of USA in the year 1845. Over the years state has undergone significant transition and has emerged to be one of the fastest growing states in the nation.
There is lot to see and do in Florida, due to which it is one amongst the top travel destinations in the world. If one looks at the map of Florida one will find that Florida is divided into 4 regions. However, amongst them it is the Central region and the Southern region in particular that are quite popular amongst visitors.
Numerous visitors travel to Florida every year. Speaking about Florida Tourism statistics in the year 2004 alone there were 76 million visitors who visited the state. Was looking for a physical map of Florida for my presentation and got this site which is really good. I am currently studying in Florida in USA. It is a life time opportunity for me to be here and to grow myself. The campus is really good and facilitating all kind of advance amenities. English is first language and Spain, French as second language.

I did not travel much in florida but yes orlando is the only place i have traveled a lot. Especially The Disney World. Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Park Hopper is too good. Excellent place to go and have fun there. Theme parks & disney world attractions are really worth of money. Whenever i visit orlando, I visit disney for sure, No matter i am a 45 year old man. well who cares of age. We love fun and this life is always better without worries. Cheers Orlando |
